Wildwood (New Jersey) Sightseer Tram Originally built by Greyhound Bus Lines for the 1939 Worlds Fair in New York City, these iconic trams were imported to Wildwood in 1949, and have been running the 71 years since. They travel the 2 mile stretch of the famous boardwalk from 11AM to 1AM daily, May thru October. An average day can see 10,000+ riders. They run on a 2,400 pound DC battery, which lasts for about 6-8 hours. Conor weaved in and out of the throngs of people alone this morning; Isaac was still barely speaking to him, so he had set out without a selling partner. Even so, it was hard to feel alone at Grand Central, with so many people bustling to and fro, getting on and off the trains that were constantly pulling in and out. So many people, and each a potential customer. Conor headed to one of his favorite spots, near where the mechanics worked, to find that someone was already there. "Ye sellin' here?" he asked the boy, noting the papers that he was holding under his arm.
