Wildwood (New Jersey) Sightseer Tram Originally built by Greyhound Bus Lines for the 1939 Worlds Fair in New York City, these iconic trams were imported to Wildwood in 1949, and have been running the 71 years since. They travel the 2 mile stretch of the famous boardwalk from 11AM to 1AM daily, May thru October. An average day can see 10,000+ riders. They run on a 2,400 pound DC battery, which lasts for about 6-8 hours.
