Track Referencing
During post-production, it is important to reference your work with industry-standard work to be able to compare the two. Therefore, the search for reference tracks began. Now that the production stage is well underway and most of the components of the song are down, I believe I have enough information to be able to compare. I have had these tracks in mind during production, and taken inspiration from them along the way. I am very familiar with each artist’s work, so this made it easier when making a decision based on references. Below is the reference track for each song with a link to access the reference track:

Interlude = Casey - Teeth
My Faults = Basement - Pine
I will A/B compare these tracks as I mix my own tracks to ensure the quality is obtained.
