Food Temptation
It started last June. And so far I had done a successful 3-day juice detox. And by juice detox, I mean using a juicer and feesh fruits and vegetables. During that 3 day detox I had lost 5-7lbs and for sure some inch (if had had been keen to measure).
After that I had been astray. Poor me. And had done 2-3 2-day which I was planning to be 5-7 day detox. :'(
Food is quite tempting.
These had been my breakfast this morning. Putting healthy and unhealthy together.
I'm contemplating on revamping my detox to juice and smoothie so that I will not be "that" tempted.
