Mending clothes by hand

Taking off your shoes after a long day

The look on a friend’s face when they open your gift

Foggy mornings when you can stay in bed

A pet curling up next to you for a nap

Stargazing on a clear, cold night

People watching in the city, in the park, on the bus; anywhere

That first bite after you wash the fruit

Listening to someone play the piano in the next room

Going down a slide, no matter how old you are

Cardigans, where the sleeves go over your hands

The way sunlight gleams on a wood floor

If I could spend the rest of the year cleaning and watching Little House on the Prairie I wouldn’t want for anything else.

Smoothing on your favorite lotion

A butterfly landing on you

Being told “I miss the sound of your voice”

Kitten sneezes, especially multiple times in a row

Feeling completely safe with someone

Feeling completely safe with yourself

Forehead kisses, giving and getting

Shopping for a baby shower

Okay, you’re probably thinking, Another tradfem blog? Yeah, right. I’m onto you, white nationalist. And I totally understand why you might think that.
