Redefining Governance: No Challans, Just Claps on Jhotwara’s Streets 🚦✨
Forget the usual political rallies. This is what leadership looks like. 🛑
Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore took the streets of Jhotwara (Sirsi Road, Vijay Dwar & Vaishali) with a squad of young students. But there were no angry cops or heavy fines. Instead, they ran the ‘Civic & Traffic Responsibility’ campaign.
The Twist? They didn't punish the wrongdoers. They celebrated the rule-followers. 🎉
Helmet on? Stopped at the line? You got a public shoutout and appreciation from the Colonel himself.
Why this is a BIG deal: ✅ From Enforcement to Engagement: It’s about building a culture of respect, not fear. ✅ Real-world Learning: Students got to manage traffic, talk to people, and understand civic sense IRL. It’s a leadership internship, not a classroom lecture. ✅ Future Ready: Col. Rathore is pushing for a Student Police Internship Framework—giving youth certified social experience while building trust between police & the public.
This is just a pilot project, but the vision is huge. Teaching the leaders of tomorrow by putting them at the crossroads, today.
“Good governance isn’t just giving orders—it’s about understanding discipline firsthand.”
That’s a political move we can all get behind. 👏
