This was one game changing year, Leonard and Penny finally tied the knot, Shamy went through the ringer, all while Sheldon prepared to initially take the biggest step of his life. Raj got closer then creeped out with his first real girlfriend, Stuart reopened the Comic Center, and the Wolowitze’s went to suburbia.

It was however, the unfortunate real life passing of Carol Ann Susi who famously gave life to Howard’s mom without ever being seen on camera the biggest gut wrench. Sheldon tied it up in a bow and the groups dual toast at the end seemed just as fitting.

Makes you wonder how someone in your own circle of friends can seem like a loved one more then your own.
