Horror movies had never really been her thing, not that she was the kind of person that would avoid them because she didn’t like being scared, no, her reasoning was the exact opposite. She didn’t like horror movies because they lacked what they should have. Horror. Though, she always assumed it was because of who she was. No magical creature really found them scary, did they?
Well, she must have been wrong considering there was a crowd of people parked on blankets and chattering about the movie that was going to be playing tonight. She had absolutely no idea what it was and had only really shown up because a friend of hers had wanted to go see it. But go figure, they were nowhere in sight, and after a few quick texts, the date was cancelled for some bullshit excuse. Really, they probably just wanted to see her suffer through one of these movies all by herself. How rude.
So instead, she ended up wandering around the mess of picnic blankets to try and find a familiar face, eventually landing on a teacher she hadn’t seen in quite some time. Tipping him with her foot to try and get his attention, the vampire bent down, combing black stands away from her face. “Hey, do you mind if I sit with you? I’ve been stood up.”
