I'm so proud of this client I've been working with who deals with MS and continues to have the most positive attitude! A woman asked her today as she walked into the gym, "did you just have knee surgery?" Kristen replied with a huge smile, "I wish!" Kristen is an amazing example of living a life of hope and optimism in the midst of extreme struggle. She is my hero! #MS #trainersdream (at Cottonwood Heights Parks and Recreation)
