It's nice to see @Crossfit educating spectators and giving them some insight into what @CrossfitTraining offers. I think more coaches should strive to continuously to learn more. Too bad they didn't want to do a Strongman presentation. Would have loved to help raise some interest in the sport. It's nice to see another Strongman event at the games, it's just too bad that the weights are pretty light. Would have been nice to see some people struggle with some heavier weights.
