Training for Purpose
So motivation to train is the hardest part of training, you know you want the body but can you be bothered to get it? I HAVE THE SOLUTION! Ask yourself, "do you want to die" Hopefully the answer is NO, so book yourself of a surf camp, pay the money then realise YOUR NOT THAT STRONG OF SWIMMER! So now, I'm not training for a body or image, I'm training for survival, hopefully the body will come as a secondary objective, but if I survive a week at surf camp swimming in the ocean with some of the biggest waves I've ever seen at peak time, then we're winning
