No, we haven’t played Friendsim and so we have no interest in seeing any of the characters. This will be Homestuck only.

It’s actually really interesting, because aside from the DJD doing their thing, most Decepticons CHOOSE to stop being Decepticons, while Autobots are always stripped of their badges.

RIGHT.. i remember the post pointing that out, i think it further cements the idea that decepticons are basically cybertron’s societal rejects banding together whereas autobots, you have to be Good enough to be an autobot. good enough, useful enough, you have to look a certain way, follow the rules... do anything the autobots dont like and youre Out

its like a fancy club, basically? the mark of an autobot is a Privilege to have. decepticons arent a group in that sense, they are minorities held together by a common ideal and most happen to follow a leader that embodies those ideals but almost all of them are very much their own people and may have their own idea what being a decepticon Means . id wager that anyone could call themselves a decepticon without an initiation ceremony where that wouldnt be true for autobots (they gotta make sure youre Autobot Worthy, after all)

Oh shit ok!!!!! lets have it be orion but idk if magnus would be zidler in this instance he’s not charismatic enough. we can kind of play with canon roles a little bit because i think Jazz would make an excellent zidler. though I don’t know of anyone else who’s actively vying for OP’s hand unless it’s just some unnamed senator named as such just as “the duke” is “the duke”
