It’s been a while.

The ongoing mental roller-coaster is, well ongoing.
On one hand it’s hard to be creative. It’s not that I don’t have ideas I could work on it’s the energy that seems to be lacking
on the other this week I did get a multi-raspberry pi cluster set up and working at work over the week which was cool. It was basically following several tutorials but there is something satisfying about typing commands into a terminal window and watching numbers climb and little lights blink in synchronized patterns, followed by a warning sign saying a triggers the network firewall from firing all far to many requests at once.

I don’t know if the describe your life in D&D classes is already a meme or something but it really does help explain some of my personality I think.
Also I finally got around to beating the first Psychonauts, for a early 2000′s it still holds up pretty well. One or two things kinda sucked platforming wise but I still feel like I could recommend it all these years later. Now to see how Psychonauts 2 fairs 15 years after the first.
I’ve been noticing a annoying trend lately of eye strain, I suspect all this time with screens big and small with little brake in between them is having an effect on my vision and brain case.
The comic on partners isn’t exactly tied into a direct experience as of late but more my ongoing confusion with people that seem to be it very negative relationships. I do realize there are a number of factors in every relationship good or bad, but it definitely confuses me when folks talk about a partner as if it was a burden to exist with each other.

To say a lot happened in the past week would be an understatement really. The impact on emotional heath was nearly (or was) Physical and to be quite honest when my State of Washington put out the “Stay at home” order to help flatten the curve of the Covid-19 virus a huge amount of stress lifted off my shoulders.
Honestly this time at home has been great for me, I have managed to work on projects, I’m still able to do a large part of my job from home. I realize that is a blessing not everyone has and for that I am sorry. All I can offer is that times can and will get better and move back to some form of normalcy do your best to stay sane.
