A Duel of Passion.

A Jedi finds herself out matched and maneuvered by a Sith agent despite her best attempts. He fills her ear with promise of pain, agony and if she's strong enough possibly a use as his underling. Rage and shame fill her but also something else, a dark lust she's tried to push down for years claws it's way back into her mind. Will she defeat her inner demons and capture or will the darkness finally envelop her with the enticing power of the Dark side?

Mechanical Moon.

I've done spray paint irl before and it works a little different in SuchArt! But i saw someone else in the community forms do it and and i wanted to give it ago again.

The fun thing about doing it digitally is the ability to use glowing paint. I guess technically you could get the effect with clever lighting irl but anyway i was pleased with the results.

Made this masterpiece in SuchArt an artist simulation game on steam. one of the commissions you can get is from Sir Magnificent, Space Knight.

Normally I just make quick silly doodles and call it good because the game characters really don't care as they come to you as a human artist to be more avant-garde and well shit compared to the Ai of the future. (that is literally the plot hook at the start of the game).

SuchArt is interesting because it actually gives you a wide range (well you have to buy them) Classic art tools as well as some odd ones like a jet engine and spoon to make art with.

The one tool missing for a digital art program is the undo button if you make a mistake you have to embrace it (the recommended point of the game) or start over.

Make bad art, its the human thing to do.

Trying out Nomad Sculpt on my phone and attempted to make a peace of lily once i looked up what they actually looked like.

Nomad Sculpt is pretty good. The export function is locked behind a one time $20 paywall but for an app like this its actually reasonable.

The interface is super cluttered on a phone and really would do better on a table but there is ui scaling and a remove ui toggle which helps a lot.

Its not exactly new user friendly but anyone familiar with sculpting or other art programs should be able to figure most of the basics out pretty quickly.

Trying out Sculpt+ for Android and I like the tool set and painting abilities that it offers to the mobile experience.

Unfortunately as of right now on Android 14 it doesn't seem that renders are able to be accessed through the phones gallery or file system and needs to be pulled via a pc. Mildly annoying as im stuck to screenshots like this

I made this little magic shop diorama for a CG Boost Competition.

The theme if you couldn't guess was Magic Shop and we had a month to make a new bit of art and had about 3 weeks to get it done.

It was a lot of fun throwing together random magic-esk items. I even accidentally stumbled on a cool trick to making a fancy glass jar which can be seen on the top shelves. The detail is a little lost at a distance and with the glowing potion but up close I though it pretty neat.

Jumped back into CGboost's Cubic Worlds class.

finished up on chapter three and added a bunch of scatter with Rocks, dirt, junk, and vines topping it all off with my cubic worlds character warming himself up by the fire.

The next chapter deals with animation, particle effects and the like. heres to hopping it doesn't take me another year to get through that.

"iykyk" drives me a bit crazy. As feeds constantly isolate people into marketable groups and rapidly cycle news and trends i get left feeling very lost even on topics i might actually know about.
