that description also reminds me of kanye a bit. he can be a pompous ass, but not too many people have such high self-confidence as him.

It's not self-confidence though. It's just encouragement. Like...i feel like kanye would say "i WILL succeed," like he's setting a goal that he has no option but attaining. Lil B would say "come on Lil B you can do it!" like failure's an option but that's okay maybe i'm wrong but that's how i see it
