i think lloyd questioned his identity a lot between s7 and s8, more specifically his gender identity but then when the oni trilogy came along he just went “oh guess that’ll have to wait” only to then be slammed into more identity crises

so then post s10 he’s casually chilling and suddenly gets reminded of his “oh my god what am i” crisis from s7-s8 and the other ninja walk past him hyperventilating in the corner

quickly running up to jay like how did you discover youre trans what are the cheat codes and jay just giggles going oh i realized i wanted to partake in the yaoi i was reading

One of my personal ninjago headcanons is that, since he never really intended for P.I.X.A.L. to become sentient, Borg built P.I.X.A.L. to be a visually appealing secretary/assistant. She was built with minimal defensive functionality, basically has Barbie feet, the way her face is set up makes doing anything but smiling more difficult, etc etc. When she comes back in s8, she would basically be a brick wall. She sacfrifices all aesthetics and femininity in order to be samurai x because she thinks she has to. So once things calm down after the oni trilogy, I imagine a lot of healing happens surrounding her body image and femininity with the help of Nya and Zane (and jay to a lesser extent, and cole to a much much lesser extent) in order to design a body that she actually enjoys the appearance of and can be feminine in
