Denying that trans men face oppression simply because that wouldn't nearly fit into your "feminism 101" should tell you that it's time to update your feminism.

But speaking broadly, I think it's very telling of a Tumblr blog to only speak highly of one group of marginalized people, and condescendingly speak ill of another marginalized group in the same community.

What I'm saying is, you might as well be a cop, because you sure talk like one.

Fellow transmascs, let's recognize this lame attempt to divide the trans community and move on. Continue to build solidarity with trans women, nonbinary people, everyone.

even if all violence against transmascs was just like, a result of being "actually a woman" or whatever (which it very much is not for a variety of reasons btw), THAT'S STILL BAD. Worse, even when people believe that is the case, they still write it off because it is transmascs who are the victims! "It's misdirected" they say. shit drives me crazy.
