So like, I have an idea for a jutsu for my oc clan. A jutsu where they can transform into an animal. It wouldn’t be for very long though. It would be a hiden technique too. It would be mainly used for possible intel gathering and observing the battlefield. Think that would be okay? (I hope no jutsu like this exists in the show as I haven’t finished Shippuden.)

Well the traditional Transformation Technique could be used to tranform into animals.  And pretty much everyone can use this jutsu.
