CHAPTER 3
I don't remember much when I was taken out of my carrying tube. Just bright gold and blue. A lot of gold. being held by a big frame with such pride only a sire could express. I just remembered a few words that stuck out to me when I was first online.
“Prince Of Iacon”
I felt that was my destiny. As I grew into a young sparkling, I was kept in the high parts of the Iacon Prime building. The primes seemed to like my cute charms, and even the servants thought I was adorable. People would say how much I looked like my sire. Yet no one knew my carrier. Not even me. Not till I asked my sire.
That is when the stories started. He would always say how he and my carrier were saprkmates till she was taken from us. He never really told me what that meant, but I believe him. Something had to have taken my carrier. There was no way she would leave a mech like my sire, and there was no way she would ever leave me.
I would try to run out of the building to search for my carrier myself, but his dumb assistant, Aster. He always brought his equally dumb son, Solar Beam. He was the only other sparkling close to my age. Yet he didn't talk much. So boring…
My sire made my play nice, so I did. I would hang out with him. He seemed really fascinated with races. Poor guy probably thought he would be good at them. Tch. But being the kind sparking I was. I took his hand.
“Come on”
Solar Beam jumped a bit, but he spoke in that annoying voice again.
“Wh-where are you taking me?”
I rolled my optics.
“Just listen to me. I'm a prince after all!”
I puffed my chest with pride as Solar just nodded like he always did. I then took him to a balcony where my sire stood. It was the best seats for the Iacon 5000. I saw Solar’s optics light up with excitement. I couldn't help but feel a warmth in my spark. For once, I had fun watching a race.
Though I felt my sire’s optics on me. After the race, Solar went home with his carrier. I heard my Sire step behind me. I turned to him. His gold wings shining as he spoke.
“I want to start training for Autobot schooling.”
I paused but then cringed.
“Where the other basic bots go? No, I don't wanna!”
I stomped my heel down. I was then met with a servo holding my wrist. I froze as my sire spoke.
“If you do this, this will give you a chance to see your carrier!”
The world stopped. Was there really a chance I could see my carrier if I do this? My sire spoke again.
“But we can't have any distractions.”
I looked to see where Solar Beam was walking off. I felt my spark sink. I felt like I made a friend, but I have to put that behind me to find my carrier. I just nodded.
“At a boy.”
He took my hand and walked with me.
“I know your carrier can’t wait to meet you.”
