I made an (explicitly) enby-inclusive transmedicalist flag. It features the enby flag between the pink and blue of the other transmed flag. However, so that it makes sense within context, I would like to just redefine the meanings of the colors:
Pink / Blue - Obvious
White - The positive aspects of transition, like the relief from surgery, buying new clothes related to your transition (like trans women buying bras for the first time), relief when strangers gender you correctly, things like that
Black - The more negative elements of transition, like dysphoria, surgical complications, hormone side effects, etc
Yellow - For enby people experiencing dysphoria which puts them in a situation not between male and female, e.g. dysphoria making someone wish they had no genitals (physical) and people use they/them or other neutral pronouns (social). examples of some labels under this: agender, neutrois
Purple - For enby people w dysphoria putting them between male and female, e.g. feeling best w their hormone levels were between typical ranges for men and women (physical) or wishing people use gender neutral pronouns / a combination of gendered pronouns (social). examples of some labels that are under this: intergender, genderfluid, bigender. demi{girl,boy} could be under this or pink/blue.
This flag is meant for anybody who wishes to adopt a scientific philosophy in understanding trans issues to use. This means cis, trans (binary or non-binary) can use this flag so long as they agree with that general idea. Also you may agree, disagree, or be uncertain regarding some of the details (such as if “agender” and “neutrois” are different or not, if genderfluid dysphoria is a unique form of dysphoria or if it’s how many people experience fluctuation in dysphoria) but still agree with the general idea behind the flag. Sometimes in science the most honest thing to say is “I don’t know,” so I think it’s fair to include these identities and use the correct pronouns despite a lack of certainty. To date no neurological studies have been done on non-binary people, and the ones done on binary trans people are still rather inconclusive, so agnosticism and uncertainty are only to be expected by the scientifically-minded, and respect, kindness, and politeness towards others are always virtues.
