Would anyone be interested in a proper mockup for a drone subtype that specializes in portal creation? I could make it a whole thing but that all depends on what the people want.

Dubai - UAE started using drones for transporting official documents.
The Dubai government started recently a 6 month trial period, to test the use of drones between different governmental institutions.
According to people with knowledge on the matter, the drones can cross the 2 sides of the city in 3 minutes or less, the service is expected to be used mainly to deliver driving licenses, residency document, traffic documents in addition to a variety of different documents that are dependent on different administrations.
