It's always exciting waiting for a new car you really want to buy to come to market, especially if it's going to be your first electric car.  But with what seems like annoying regularity, a lot of new plug-in cars just don't ever seem to make it to market on time, resulting in delays, shifts in launch dates, and the fear that the automaker behind them really isn't that serious about selling you a car.  While it might seem like a personal attack however, there are sometimes some pretty simple reasons behind pushed-back launches for electric cars.
