I'm Curious... but not stupid. I walk up to the kid and place my hands on his shoulders. "This is close enough." I peer into the fog Curiously for a moment before shaking my head "How about you show me around town? I bet you know all the cool places to visit." I smile down at him gently pushing him back town.

Awwww, well alright. Come on then! Lemme show the shop! Mrs. Buns always gives me free Cinnamon bunnies to take home with me! I’m sure she’ll give you one too!

*He dashes off towards the town... Trips... Then picks himself up and goes a little further before turning around to wait for you.

..........You could be imagining things, but you think you hear a faint, distant hissing sound in the fog........*

My staring was cut off by the bump "Omph! Oh hello!" I help the little lizard back on his feet, gently brushing off snow that stuck to him. "My name is..." I paused confused, I seemed to have trouble remembering. "Um... you can call me Cat?" Isaid confused. I was certainly curious enough to be one.

*He looks a little confused by your confusion, but he's quickly smiling again*

It's nice to meet you Cat! I hope we can be friends! Hey, so are you here to see the skeletons or are you trying to do the fog challenge?!

*He was almost hopping up and down from excitement*

"Oh.." I said trailing off looking back out into the fog. Remembering Grillby's words of caution I'm hesitant to play.... but I am filled with Curiosity. "How close do you have to get to see anything?"

Well... Uh, none of us actually saw any yet. The fog goes reeeeeaaaaalllllyyyyy far back and I only went a little ways in... BUT!

*He suddenly gets bright and happy again!*

I’m pretty sure I saw one in the fog not too long ago! I only got a glimpse of it but it was really big and black! Everyone says that I was just imagining things, but I know for sure that I saw it!

I walk around seeing the town and waving at everyone I met. Passing through my attention is caught by the Christmas lights on the skelebros house. I get up close to appreciate their glow. The swirling fog catches my and I watch it twist and turn, curious but wary.

*...You can’t see anything past the fog... But you could swear that you can feel something staring at you in it...

You suddenly feel something bump into your leg, making you stumble. You turn around to see what looks like a lizard like monster kid with no arms getting off of the ground*

Oh! Sorry! I didn’t mean to run into you... Say, I haven’t met you before! What’s your name?

*He looked at you excitedly, waiting for your answer*

I look at the little lizard. "Wow. That sounds a little scary.... but cool too." I fidget a little edging a little closer to the fog peering into the distance. Surely I can get a little closer if the children do.

*He sees you inching closer to the fog and he brightens up*

Hey, do you wanna get closer? I can go with you! It’s always a lot less scarier when you’re not alone!

*He beams up at you as he trots to your side, eager to help you out*

"I was just kind of exploring at the moment." I explain to the bouncing lizard child. My head tilts in curiosity, "The fog challenge? What's that?"

*He tilts his head curiously before getting excited again*

That’s ok! I’ll tell you! It’s a game all the kids in Snowdin play! You see the fog?

*He gestures with his tail towards it*

Well behind the fog is a shield the Royal Scientist made, and behind the shield are Void Beasts! So the kids get as close as the fog as they can get so we can try to see them! So far I got the closest!

*He beams up at you proudly... Before suddenly looking nervous*

Yo... Uh please don’t tell my parents about that. They told me I’m not allowed to get near it.

I'm filled with too much Curiosity to not take a couple more steps towards the fog squinting, but I make sure to keep the kid behind me.... just in case.

*...You try to keep him behind you, but when he sees how slowly you’re going he dashes around you and charges right up to the fog, getting right on the edge of it*

Come on see! It’s all ok! There’s nothing to be afraid of here! Yo, I bet with the two of us together, we can get right up to the shield!

*His tail wags happily as he waited for you to join him....

The fog seemed to loom ominously*
