A visit
Monroe hadn’t left his home for weeks, maybe months he didn’t know. Oliver was hanging in the lower basement with his chest and both arms completed and left leg that lay neatly on the desk. Monroe was looking through the mountains of piles of metal, shiny grey and silvers littered the floor that would never see light ever again. While the mechanic was busy building and tinkering away, Walter was looking for something to do, and that something was the infuriating squirrel bot that ran along the rails of the stairs “Come here now! You…you rodent!” None of the residents were expecting any company at all, so you would expect their surprise if they did indeed have visitors.
