Hiatus

I have been going through some problems at home lately and just need some time off So, I will be on hiatus or whatever for a little while and such Might need to start doing commissions to help me with my money problems I have just been too stressed lately, sorry.

This made android upset a bit, as gifts were much wanted and appreciated by her. Anyways, spending time with Monroe was always pleasant. Though she was not completely sure about that, since she has been playing her recent role of strong independednt woman who needs no man. Oh well. Blueberry took him by arm and smiled sweetly “Is there any particular place you want to go to or will it be a long romantic walk with no exact direction?”

"Not really, so a long romantic walk it is" He giggled at that, a silly thing coming from a grown man but it was Blue, who cared if he acted silly. Monroe would think of getting her something later, maybe some fake flowers since real ones would just die or something, plus there weren't really any around unless she wanted the cacti flowers.

So, spending time with Blueberry would be interesting.

Monroe soon spotted Blue and smiled shyly at first "Hey....you alright today?"

“Awesome!” He didn’t care if she was loud, he was too. Monroe grabbed Blue’s arm and started to walk her all the way to his mansion. When they got there (due to mun not wanting them to walk days, they fast traveled) Monroe led the girl down the basement and towards a door that a large wardrobe was blocking “Damn, Walter has been cleaning again” With a grunt he had moved the furniture out of the way and opened the door. “Okay…..Blueberry, meet Oliver” Sitting in what used to be a dentist chair, was half the body of an android, the head completed and eyes closed, chest and arms laid softly on the seat while the legs were still being worked on. The android had the round face of a young man, possibly looking to be in their early twenties or later teens, he has short blonde hair and fine pale skin. Oliver didn’t move, nor did he look like he was breathing, obviously it had not been turn on.

She stared at the android for a while, only mindlessly blinking. It was something like looking at the picture of the child in the womb for her. Timidly walking closer, with her face expressing complete delight, Blueberry took a closer look. Monroe has done a great job. Without turning to the man, she whispered “Beautiful” and stretched out her arm to correct the creation’s hair lightly and ran it on its cheek. “We should become friends” she chuckled softly what was supposed to stay in her thoughts. "How long you have been working on him?" android adressed to Monroe at last.

"Almost a year and a half now, mainly because I kept doing other projects and then going out a lot....but he is almost finished.....I'm sure he'd love to be your friend" Monroe grinned at blueberry before grabbing the metal leg and started to wipe it down "Still needs a bit more work, he'll be my first. Oliver is just a starter, to check for what I must improve for future subjects."

She managed to stiffle a loud ‘ha!’ at his small compliment; considering most people called her an idiot or lunatic upon first meeting her. So she basked a bit in the compliment. “Aw - nice to meet’cha too!” and she paused a moment to think of a compliment to return, “You’re a pretty guy too!” Nailed it.

The medic extends her left hand for him to shake, being subtly curious about what was hidden underneath the man’s cloak. “So we got a deal?”

An excited giggle managed its way from her lips when the metallic hand made contact with hers; at this point, she would’ve happily given away all her scrap metal to simply stare at this piece of work. Her day was made.

It took a whole lot of effort to keep herself from jumping up and down like a gleeful idiot. “That is just beautiful - I can’t even - I - can I just keep holding your hand for a second?”

That made the man laugh "It is quite alright, though I hope you don't want to do the same with me leg" Monroe grinned, always liking people who actually liked his robotic arm or leg, whichever they saw first. It was better then getting funny looks.

The clock huffed, managing to flop itself over and sit on Monroe’s hand, crossing it’s arms and looking up at it with very unimpressed eyes.

A visit

Monroe hadn’t left his home for weeks, maybe months he didn’t know. Oliver was hanging in the lower basement with his chest and both arms completed and left leg that lay neatly on the desk. Monroe was looking through the mountains of piles of metal, shiny grey and silvers littered the floor that would never see light ever again.

While the mechanic was busy building and tinkering away, Walter was looking for something to do, and that something was the infuriating squirrel bot that ran along the rails of the stairs “Come here now! You…you rodent!”

None of the residents were expecting any company at all, so you would expect their surprise if they did indeed have visitors.

Andre and Nikola stood at Monroe’s mansion, the former knocking on the door and waiting patiently. They assumed this was the place, as it was the only house that seemed to be lived in.

Nikola expected raiders, and held her gun at the ready.

It was not raiders who opened the door, nor fiends or anything violent at all. It was just bothered Walter who shoved a smiling face on his screen. "Yes, how may I help you today? Oh! Hello Master Andre and ...friend, what brings you here on this fine day?" Polite and professional as always, expecially towards Monroes 'friends' "Would you like to see Master Kite? He is down in the basement at the moment, would you like me to fetch him?"

"Memory lost is a pain, that I know........I can understand that, I hope your project is successful" With a kind smile, Monroe started to stand up, patting the dust from his pants before grabbing his bag "Well...I better get going to my project now, I only live three hours from here to the west, so yeah...if you need anything I'll be there" With an awkward scratch of his chin, the man started to walk towards the door, stopping for a second before moving on again shaking his head.

Pulling over his pack, Andre took out a hot plate and fired it up, before taking out a jar of something green and thick. Offering no explanation, he opened up the lid and put the concoction onto the heat, before scooting back a bit.

Out from the jar suddenly sprouted all sorts of plant life, growing right before their eyes, twisting and turning around each other before going still again.

Monroe had looked at him with the jar curiously, questions running through his mind until the, whatever it was, started to grow rapidly.

"Woah......what causes that reaction?" Hoe does a plant suddenly just...grow so quickly. Where did he even get such a thing.....unless "You've been near that vault.....have you?"
