So I had my wisdom teeth removed today.
While I was in the recovery room, I vaguely remember chatting with the nurses, and the topic of hockey came up. I asked her who her team was, and she replied “Chicago Blackhawks, I’m from Illinois.” Not even a second to consider it, with my swollen mouth full of gauze, I go, “FUCK the blackhawks. They are the worst team ever. Fuck the blackhawks.” So, if you’re ever wondering, my hockey hate stands, regardless of if I’m sober or if I’m in a drugged yo stupor.
