Juice Wrld - GoodBye & Good Riddance (2018) It just so happens that "GoodBye & Good Riddance" is pretty much exactly what I was thinking when i was finally done listening to this awful piece of melodramatic garbage. The album starts off with an obvious, bad acting skit that seems very scripted and set up to sound one sided. Then we get into lots and Lots of trap beats and headache worthy singing. It's the same topics over and over again and I'm not more than a few tracks in. As a matter fact when I got to the second skit I was somewhat relieved that I didn't have to hear him whine anymore for a minute or two. I seriously debated on giving up on the album like 6 tracks in. There are just so many uninspired, dumb, melodramatic and just so bad they're almost funny lines. "You found another one but i am the better one" is this supposed to be lyicism? There was no effort put into the creative writing aspect of the project at all. "Dont tell me that i don't care when i do care" is another example of just a dumb, plain melodramatic line, and believe me; im not just scanning the album looking for bad lines. They're everywhere. The song that maybe showed a glimpse of Lyicism was "candles". He actually had a decent bar or two there. At this point though it's really the best of the worse. After listening to this project i feel a strong urge to go listen to some mature adult hip hop.
