can/should I watch the bear if I'm going through emotional trauma or should I wait until I get more stable?

yeah I know it looks hard but I think overall it has a heartwarming message

Is there any person/place/thing that you have extreme negative memories associated with, to the point where even someone mentioning the name of it gives you a fight-or-flight reaction... but you're too embarrassed to call it "trauma" because it was an atypical experience?

I used to be part of an extremely toxic online group/website in my prepubescent years, dealt with a LOTTT of cyberbullying.. but i feel bad calling it "traumatizing" or "abusive" since it was just some website, so i feel like im just being a baby about it or at worse appropriating therapy speak or smth
