it’s a bit better now. I think it’s just my birthday coming and how hard this past year has been after a string of hard years. this is probably the worst year out of all of them AND I have to face it all alone.

on top of that basically everyone close to me has a bunch of crazy life stuff so I can’t even lean on them the way I might be able to normally and I’m PAINFULLY aware of how much of a burden I am to them because of all of this.

I’m trying very hard to be ok and keep hanging on. I promise.
