Throughout the past week I have spent many hours searching through the web and looking at a variety of different travel blogs, I found some really good ones but when I stumbled upon this blog, I knew I had to tell everyone about it!. ‘y Travel Blog‘ is a blog focused on the travels of the ‘Makepeace‘ family, which includes Caz and Craig the parents and their two young daughters. The blog began in April of 2010 and follows their journeys from a personal experience. The blog is very easy to relate too and is fun and light hearted, as the blog is family orientated and shares some very humorous stories. The blog is very engaging to read and watch whilst still being very knowledgable and helpful. ‘y Travel Blog’ shares insider travel tips, stories, photos and videos all focusing on specific destinations, things to do and see, where to stay, eat and drink, how to get around, how to plan your trip and how to plan your trip if you are travelling with a family. The blog is extensive and you could spend many hours just reading, watching and listening to their stories and first hand experiences. Their blog may be just an independent site but as it is so engaging, light hearted and knowledgable they have been widely acknowledged and have worked on some high class campaigns such as Tourism Australia, Qantas and Carnival Cruise Lines, just to name a few.
