The Dean [Red Brick Film Festival 2013 Short]

The Dean is a special short film produced for the 2013 Red Brick Film Festival event. The film parodies the 1972 American crime film, The Godfather, as the ruthless dean of students "Dean Jim Wiltgeone" (Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Jim Wiltgen) sends Dom Hagan (Presidential Fellow Dominique Kelleybrew '11) pressures the Student Activities director Brent Owens (Assistant Director of Student Activities Brent Owens) to give Adelia Fontane (Adelia Shiffraw '13) the role of hosting Shirttails.

Meet Dr. William M. Tsutsui -- the 11th President of Hendrix College. He joins the Hendrix community from Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences at Southern Methodist University, where he was Dean and Professor of History. Tsutsui's presidency at Hendrix will begin June 2014.
