are you bored? do you feel like you're garbage? do you think your appearance sucks? welL THEN I HAVE A TRICK FOR YOU!! raid your closet find what clothes you like nd what ones you don't if you can then make it so the ones you don't like you do like by messing with em and wear what you do like!
go on an adventure!! could just be a walk around your area could be some fancy adventure that i can't find an example for but do it!!

remember that band you really like? this may be obvious but listen to em!!
talk! to! friends! they're your friends for a reason!! talk to them hang out with them maybe try and get them into your hyper fixation

water don't forget water you must water yourself you are not a cactus you can't go super long with no water!!

you don't have pets? if you're not allergic why not go help out at a pet shelter!
