Comms have been overhyped, when things fail we mentioned failure to communicate properly as the main reason, however, the lack of base-level respect have seen as the basis of being a proper n good man/woman disappear. For sure, it’s a societal concern. children, including mine, have to be constantly reminded about being gracious and not fret nor fuss about tiniest of things. However, we have to learn to listen to them, no complaint is too small or minor. All of us have to learn to appreciate n understand the human characteristics or the lack thereof, no two’s the same so regardless of arguments or differences, we have to learn to accept n respect the other once one party sobers up.
