Log 1 - Spring, 125

A pretty uneventful start!

The surface looks very pretty, covered in flowers. We haven’t had any trouble from the local wildlife, so far.

The farm is all set up one layer under ground, with a dedicated seed stockpile to streamline planting.. Only plump helmets are being grown in this plot.

Everything has been moved from the wagon to the stockpile on the main level. There’s also an area for workshops, where the carpenter is currently making some beds. The stone in what will soon be the dining hall has been painstakingly smoothed by Mistem, and will hopefully have some chairs and tables in it soon. We need to start making some trade goods so that we’re not empty handed when the first caravan arrives.

 A bunch of bedrooms have been mined out, but not furnished yet. There are spares in case of a migration wave.

Mining for metals has begun, in the hope that we can arm our future military.
