Wintermaster came from an exobyte of Killer Frost. He suffers no weaknesses of Ms. Snow, but radiates a chill factor on his skin that rates below absolute zero, the more he uses his power the more drained he gets though, so he creates powered guns with ice bullets made by him and other components in his lab, he will use his frost ability though for his own amusement. A cryogenic researcher Dr. Tom Jacobs working on secret projects of Lex Corps, after his rescue from being abducted like the thousands of other exobyte victims he ran to be with his family, however the touch of cold and not being able to control his new abilities caused an accident killing his girlfriend and 5 month old daughter. When Lex learned of his former scientist, he told him that the Justice League was to blame, they should have treated him and trained him. Now the good doc is more a serial killer, doing inhuman experiments on heroes, villains and even innocent civilians of Gotham and Metropolis. He may never be cured of his now frozen heart, but he doesn't look like he misses it. #dcuniverseonline #dcuovillain #treehouseshit
