Station 19 - s6e17: All These Things I’ve Done (5/11/23)
Dixon is not going to be mayor.
That’s the real headline here. The show’s given us minimal reason to root for Osman to win, but plenty of reason for us to root for Dixon to lose.
The race for the next Captain 19 is on.
It feels like Andy’s time. It really does. Natasha/the writers might take that fight as a reason to bring in someone from the outside, but that feels unfair, honestly. I was against Andy as captain back in season 1, but now it feels like it’s time. She’s earned it, and if this were a democratically elected position, she would win by a landslide.
Robert, sit your ass down. This is NOT the time for you. We all know you’re just trying to make a point. Natasha especially.
Travis/Eli kiss.
I don’t have much to say about the ship but LET’S TALK ABOUT THAT KISS. Loved the little pause to give Eli the chance to back away (or close the gap?) and then Eli wrapping his arms around Travis. A+ kiss, guys. Better than the first one. Can’t wait to see more.
Vic saves Beckett’s life.
Vic was right, but she’s probably going to get written up anyway. This may be the end of her relationship with Theo (I foresee a big fight and they have not been great lately, let’s be real) but at least it’s not the end of Beckett.
Carina moves back in.
Aw, I don’t think I’m getting my house-hunting subplot. I thought Carina would want a new place for a fresh start. But it’s more important that Maya has changed, of course. I loved Maya carrying Carina over the threshold.
Jack’s bio sister found his foster sister for him.
YES. I love Brooke. I love that she did this for him. I love that Jack is getting real opportunities to heal and move forward.
