Ok, so I'm pretty sure this guy's name is Trench Mause, or Mauser, and he's basically Barney's rival, or he is in the first movie in any case, where this character is just a cameo for Arnold. It's mentioned that the two of them worked on the same team together at some point, but that they weren't particularly friendly with each other? Idk, but there's a lot of animosity between them in the first movie. In the second movie, they seem to become somewhat friendlier (probably because of the fact Trench owes Barney a favour) and in the third movie, they seem to be on much better terms. Barney even enlists him as a member of the team for a little while, and things seem to be mostly friendly between them. Trench himself is a bit of an ass, he's arrogant and clearly has a competitive streak, but he's good at his job, and he's funny - just look at his comments in the second movie, in the airport😅 He also seems to prefer using larger guns, so he's likely to be a bit of a weapons snob, too, if you catch my drift. I can see this man showing off like hell about his array of massive and oversized guns😂
