ROSEVERSE PORTRAIT SERIES- TRENCIL VARNNIA

[ ID:A drawing focusing on Trencil Varnnia from Smile For Me the game, in my AU of it that is Roseverse, with two variations. It's done traditionally then colored and lined digitally.

Here Trencil stands in his canon pose, to the side with his cape blowing dramatically, and we see the side profile of his face. He looks more wrinkly, with some warts on his face. His ears are really long, like a bat's. His hair is darker brown, likely dyed, because the ends are black tipped. His sclera are black, while the irises are a shiny brown. His eyes are decorated with gold eyeshadow and glitter. His outfit is close to his canon one. The insides of his cape resemble a bat's wings. His hands are wizened and bony, and his claws are painted gold.

He holds a flowerpot with two Palash flowers in bloom. He blows a bubblegum, looking to the side. It is dark and a watery looking big yellow moon is painted behind him. End ID]

So Trencil has some crazy shit going on!!

I'm not sure why I chose Palash flowers for him now, but I wanted to give him some flowers prominent in India because he's Indian in my HC, north Indian.

Trencil is thousands of years old. Like bro saw the rise, fall, and return of Magic to the world of Roseverse, as Monsters and Humans learnt to live together again.

He's also a priest in the religion dedicated to Parsleys mom, a prominent demonness and lawyer. It weirds Parsley out, don't talk to him about it.

Nat is next to take Trencils position, as his heiress, priestess of the vampire coven they are a part of. It's a big responsibility and she isn't really all about that life...

Also BLOODY MARY IS CANON IN ROSEVERSE REJOICE- I love when the Dad is DOUBLE- they probably bonded over their child troubles- and well Jimothan seems to naturally be a monsterperson magnet LOL

Kamal has a HUGE crush on Trencil, he's read one too many vampire novels and fanfics, *kamal voice* SUCK MY BLUUUUD TRENCIL. But Trencil couldn't care less TBH

Also Nat is Trencil's child from when he used to be married to a shapeshifting dragon lady....YEAH trencils on some crazy shit. Love you gramps.
