Just about two years ago I looked at the world in completely different perceptive. . The feeling of dissatisfaction was always be my company. It’s the feeling of unhappy in my own body, the feeling of unequal opportunities and the battle of superiorities. Living in London for years trained me to connect just to disconnect. Luncheon meeting with girlfriends was just a way for us to parade our newly-shopped designer wears or who has the better of each other’s. I hardly ever do review for food or restaurant because usually I found it to be a conflict of interest of what my Instagram Feed is all about. However, this one has got to be an exception! . Back when I was in Malacca, we stumbled into this old looking heritage Malacca Baba-Nyonya style house just by Jonker Street Night Market, Malacca. After made a few research about this place I found that it’s a hamburger 🍔 restaurant. But what make it interesting is that no ones ever posted any pictures inside the restaurant or the ambience of the place?! . Only if I know my life was about to change that day. I dare to cross my heart ❣ and swear that this is one of the best burger 🍔 I ever had in my entire life! The patty of the burger just very tender and juicy, whilst it was wrapped with strong smelling blue cheese 🧀 and streak of beef bacon 🥓 strips. They also made homemade cocktail drinks🍹and home recipe plum wine (you could request for alcohol-free btw!). . To whom that are planning a trip to Malacca, make sure to check @thebaboonhouse for a perfect lunch out! . . Disclaimer: There is a reason why they don’t let you take any pictures inside the restaurant, walking into the restaurant itself already an experience not to be missed! Today I found myself craving for just one more day off from work. Just one more Sunday. Craving for that vacation get away, sands between my toes or braids hair with dangly starfish earpieces. This picture was taken literally few weeks back during Chinese New Year’s holiday but it never feels enough. I guess that’s why there is a saying that “Sunday should come with a pause” eh? .
