Fresh off the heels of a surprise Coachella engagement, it looks like Tristan Andrews and Penny Lane are on top of the world. On the surface they look like the perfect couple, beautiful, talented and both at the peak of their respective games in the industry, but does success equal a successful relationship? Let's look at the facts. 

 The first we heard about this couple was back in September when both were in Las Vegas for the IheartRadio festival. It seems we here at WickedHarlot were the ones to break the news to the world when Tristan posted 

 "Dammit @WickedHarlot, you could have at least let me tell my mother" 

From there it was a whirlwind of trending social media. Remember #shesaidyes? Public appearances at red carpet events, Penny's concerts and at Tristan's own Charity event. It seemed then, at that point the couple was almost unbreakable even considering their careers were dragging them, literally in different directions (sets around the globe, worldwide tours) The Star couple showed no signs of slowing down like we've seen happen to so many celebrity couples in the past.

That was until the return of Penny's ex-fiance and boyband member Roman Rivzi. Of course, now we know the reason for that break-up. I don't think any of us could have expected that little piece of information. With Rivzi in the picture there were rumors of altercations, between him and Andrews, there were images appearing of Roman and Penny leaving her shows, together at a diner in the city and still on the surface #Trenny seemed strong, but sources have revealed that things might not have been quite so peachy with Penny staying at her best friend Skyler Valentine-Griffin's after one such crack was put in the relationship. 

 Filming took Andrews to Greece, and her tour took Penny everywhere after that. Maybe absence does make the heart stronger because once more the couple seemed strong, more series of tweets, and Instagram posts, more appearances when they found themselves in the same place. 

 Now what we do know is that both Belinda Blanchard and Olivia Bennett, both co-stars with Andrews in Daughter of the Sea were back and forth from Greece to the US while Tristan opted to spend more time in Europe. Maybe he was just running lines or rehearsing but if leaked details of the story are to be confirmed, it really is Bennett and Blanchard's film, both portraying the main character at different stages of her life. So why then, were they able to juggle life and career so well while he stayed in paradise half a world away from his girlfriend?

While we can't congratulate them both enough on their engagement, we can't help wonder where it came from. It's true that celebrity romances often seem to happen very quickly. Look at Austin Harper and Essence Woods, together it seems for half the time we've seen Penny and Tristan together, but married, more than a force to be reconned with in the industry, AND definitely without the problems. So where did this engagement come from? Well, we obviously can't deny the love Andrews and Lane have for each other, that much is evident when they are seen together. Planning the event couldn't have been easy of course, with Coachella being one of the biggest festivals of the calendar, getting into such an event for a star like Andrews couldn't have been easy. Which, we hear is where Jackson Callaghan comes in, sneaking Tristan in as part of his crew. But even that couldn't have taken months. 

 Was this engagement a way to keep the fire burning? Well maybe. With all the problems that stemmed from Roman Rizvi's return, it's entirely possible that Tristan got scared about what this meant for his relationship and only had one more step in the relationship handbook to take. It could also mean that #Trenny is right on track, with the hiccups in the past. We at WickedHarlot really hope it's the latter and that we get the exclusive rights to their wedding photo's

Roughly 24 hours ago rumors started circulating that Tristan Andrews not only secretly managed to sneak into Coachella to see his girlfriends set but actually proposed at the event! Eagle eyed fans of pop queen Penny Lane spotted the pair at the edge of the stage seemingly locked in a very intense conversation which ended with Tristan on one knee and the pair embracing. Penny, no stranger to public displays of affection having one very public engagement already followed shortly by a breakup, was seen crying what onlookers said had to be tears of joy due to the smile and Tristan couldn’t keep his eyes off his new fiance the rest of the evening from what reports say. The pair disappeared shortly after Penny’s set and were not spotted again until the next day. 

Well, these rumors appear to be true with both Penny and Tristan confirming them in separate social media announcements and Penny was spotted doding paparazzi back in LA this evening supporting a beautiful new ring on her ring finger. Inside sources are spilling the deets on the ring, claiming it’s a family heirloom passed on by Tristan's grandmother. 

This history of #Trenny isn’t very long (They haven’t even been dating a year yet but the two did star in a movie together some time ago so many the relationship has been a very slow burn that we never saw?)  but late last year the couple made waves while on vacation when they started the hashtag #SheSaidYes trending, implying that they had eloped. While it turned out to just be a prank, we should have known that Tristan was serious about his new flame when it didn’t fizzle out after Penny was reportedly spent getting cozy with her ex fiance once he came back into town. 

Regardless, they have been something of our #couplegoals ever since they got together in September and we’re keen to see where they go from here. Will #Trenny make it down the alter? Or will Penny end up changing the lyrics to her hit, Thank You, Next, and adding Tristan to her list of ex’s? We’re hoping for the first but preparing for the second.

Seems like Penny Lane isn’t taking the news of her less than family friendly photos with her ex fiance well. At her show tonight, the pop star appeared emotional at several points and even started to cry during the second to last song of the night. The show ended rather abruptly soon after, with the encore being cut entirely from the set. Inside sources say Penny was escorted off the stage and taken immediately to a doctor and then shuttled back to her hotel where she has been on lock down ever since. Cheer up Penny! Things could be way worse. At least you looked hot in the photos? 

So why the water works? We’re guessing maybe boyfriend Tristan Andrews wasn’t overly fond of seeing his current girlfriend getting all hot and bothered with her ex the same night as a text conversation leaked where his ex girlfriend Kylie Blue claimed he wasn’t anything special in the sheets.

#Spotted: Uhoh! Trouble in paradise?  Roman Rizvi and Penny Lane appear to be getting cozy again. The couple was spotted leaving Boulevard3 after Penny had spent the better portion of the evening dancing the night away with whomever she could find. And where was Tristan Andrews? Does this mean #Trenny is officially over?

Breaking News: Our favorite power couple, Tristan Andrews and Penny Lane (#Trenny) appear to be stronger than ever. We all heard that the pop star moved into Andrews LA home over the Holidays but it keeps getting better. Recently Tristan was seen with a well known Hollywood Real Estate Agent appearing to be looking at a few houses while Penny is away on tour. Could they be taking the next step and buying a place together? Will we soon be seeing both of their places up on the market? One things for sure, #Trenny continues to be our couple goals.
