1. What was your first fic and could you stand to reread it today?

first fic in this fandom was/is jukebox symphony and it’s still my baby~ 

first fic ever was a dbz bulma/vegeta thing and it no longer exists on the internet. we’re all very grateful. i had no idea how writing worked. or grammar. or anything really. :|

3. In your opinion, what’s your best fic?

statistically it’s cat dandy, and i do love it, but my best fic? i have no idea. i don’t really hold one single fic over the others bc once they start to age a little i start avoiding them all anyway. i do have a big soft spot for fate unchained though, just because it’s so damn different.

26. What aspect of your writing do you most enjoy to see praised?

pffft, any aspect! i’m not picky! knowing someone felt an unexpected emotion always tickles me though. when people compliment my characterisation for the side-characters and their relationships with grimmjow/ichigo i glow a little, mainly because i know it’s not fuelled by pre-loaded interest the way the main ship is. 

any praise for my dialogue is more than welcome bc it’s my favourite thing to write, so seeing other people enjoy it too is lovely!  

38. Have you ever purposefully written something you know your readers would find uncomfortable/would not enjoy? If yes, why?

borrowed time probably fits that category, since i never really anticipated anybody would read it. i’m not completely sure why i wrote it, other than i was dealing with unresolved feelings on the subject of death and illness that had built up over that last year. i felt kind of compelled to also explore kon’s character more. i didn’t think anyone much would enjoy the fic, but i do practice what i preach sometimes--i wrote that one for myself. 😅

Redeemable Things | grimmichi, harrinel | [bday fic]

"So, what are you getting him?"

In quick succession, Ichigo finds two things to be true: one, that Grimmjow actually has a birthday, and two, that Ichigo has no idea what to get him. Invited to a belated party at the Urahara shop, Ichigo comes to grips with the post-war realisation that things may have changed so much that he has nothing to offer his once-enemy.

Not that Ichigo is going to let that stop him.

Notes: This is a birthday gift fic for @trevoshere​, who deserves more goodness than this little fic could ever deliver (and yes, I’m outing your birthday to everyone, I regret nothing). She’s been an absolute gift to this ship for a long time now, and deserves everything I can possibly give in return. ♥ 

For the rest of you, please enjoy! I had a lot of fun writing this fic. It felt really good to cut loose and write some of these characters in this type of setting. 😃

christmas came a little later than usual for me this year, in the form of @trevoshere’s amazing grimmichi, grimmjow, and fic-art themed onslaught of amazingness. if you’ve read some of my fics, you’ll be able to pick which ones the art in the bookmarks is for! ♥ (i edited one out bc it has a massive dick drawn on it, but my twitter has it.)

and while she might laugh that i cried when i got this today, i can safely say trevo is one of the most wonderful human beings ever. you deserve all the happiness and love and shit that 2019 can bring you! 

she’s still wrong about port tho, ichigo
