T3 training camp!!
Swam in the morning. The water was so warm in the lake. For me I hate warm bath water swims. But it was good, just feeling slow. We did do a swim clinic with a lady that is very well known and trains swimmers, so I got a few tips of things to change. So I’m gonna work on that and my form more so I can get my speed back up.
Then we did a ride. There was a 40 mile or 70 mile option. I chose the 40 cause I’m in no condition to do 70 and I am the slowest rider on the team. So off we went and it was hilly and horrible. But people stayed back to ride with me. I did my best to keep up. I need to ride more and do more hills.
Then there was an option for a run and I just couldn’t get my legs to go. So I did the swim clinic instead and rested with one of the other girls. Then spent the rest of the evening socializing with the group and got home close to 11pm.
