hey all! here's a little inforgraphic i drew up on urges (mainly related to trich urges but is applicable to all bfrbs) and how to ride them out! most of the info was stuff i had gathered from my therapy sessions, and feel to add any other tips for riding the wave!

today was my FIRST PULL FREE DAY in years!! i am fully in tears of joy. i have never been prouder of myself and my family keeps congratulating me and pointing out all my new growth. i know bad days are still bound to come, but for now, i've knocked trich's ego down a few rungs. for now, i am happy.

trich tip #1: incentives

something i've found that motivates me to work towards growing my hair back is creating incentives or rewards for when i do. for example:

-when i grow my brows back, i will go professionally get them done.

-when i grow my lashes back, i will splurge on a fancy mascara.

-when i grow in my bald patches, i will go get my hair cut the way i've wanted to for a while.

try to come up with little rewards you know you'd be willing to work for. write them down and keep them handy when the urge hits. remind yourself what you're fighting for.

does anyone know where to buy viviscal professional?

i bought it at this salon that specializes in hair loss and it really helped, but it was super expensive. i've been off it for a while now and really wanna grow some hair in by next year. if anyone knows where to get it, please let me know!
