Trigger is a jerk and in all honesty he is so cringe, and yet I love him. and hate him. he actually would be such a sweet guy (he was when he was a kid...) if he could let go of all his bitterness and anger. but, well, that's what character arcs are for. he must go through the Torment first.
unfortunately for a guy who keeps going on the wildest adventures, he doesn't really like most things about being a knight. he could have avoided this by not doing it just to please his parents, but we'll let him figure that out the hard way. he spends most of the time having a bad attitude and trying to get away from Rennard who thinks they are best friends.
if you ignore all that, though, he's not actually that bad. just angry at everything and everyone. he loves cuddly animals, dance, and looking pretty. don't ask about his hair. (he hated being the only person in his family with brown hair so he pretends it never happened)
his least favorite place is the Underlands, and his least favorite person is Steel.
