lol i cried at work today and was feeling really s*ici*al, but i’m feeling better... but damn a bitch is really going thru it. the fact that i don’t really have a therapist anymore is hitting. like yes, i do have a psychiatrist, but it’s hard for me to talk to him about my problems bc he’s japanese and i don’t know how to explain my feelings in japanese. yes, i do have friends and family that i can talk to, but i miss my old therapist.
