Should I tell my psychiatrist and nurse about the times I took overdoses?Or my shoplifting,even though I stopped?

I definitely think you should. It’s important to be completely honest with them and will help them adjust your treatment plan(s) accordingly. This will help them even moreso should such instances occur at a later date.
