I almost died of heat exhaustion today, so I panicked and now I might die from OD on all kinds of nausea and migraine meds and I acquired hypothermia by taking a cold-ass shower. At least I cooled down.

Should I tell my psychiatrist and nurse about the times I took overdoses?Or my shoplifting,even though I stopped?

Hi Anon,

I definitely think you should. It’s important to be completely honest with them and will help them adjust your treatment plan(s) accordingly. This will help them even moreso should such instances occur at a later date.

Sollux didn’t give much of a second thought as he went to his ablution trap.  Then going through a cabinet, within moments opening one of the few pill bottles there. With a handful of the pills and a cup of water later Sollux could slowly feel the effects start to be set into play. It only mildly disoriented him. He made his way back over to his computer chair, there deciding that he would spend the next few hours or so as the world faded to a black. At least his head was his own, if only for a little while.
