recently I heard someone talking about their Harm OCD Diagnosis and I researched it and HOLY SHITTT. Literally every single descriptor is what’s been happening to me lately and it’s seriously been heavily affecting my life. I’m going to bring some links with me when I go to talk to my GP about getting a psychiatrist referral.
