Imagine if we got a KMR (Momoko’s trio) unit in the Azaleas’ style? Like two of them are in the spotlight while the third shows up at times. But who would it be? Kaede and Rena DO already have a dual unit together so maybe not them, so it’s down to:

Momoko . Rena (with Kaede as support) or Momoko . Kaede (with Rena as support)

Now both can work; Momoko and Rena are both close ranged fighters (their attack animations are really similar) so thats a point for them. But Kaede and Momoko could do a combination of Kaede’s plant magic and Momoko‘s slashing, which would be really cool! There‘s also the fact that Kaede and Momoko haven’t had the spotlight for as much as Rena has.

In the end, I do think both can work either way, the idea has a lot of potential to it! What do you guys think their type should be? (I swear if I have to get the color wheel out if they‘re gonna be carrying the criteria for the Azaleas being Forest) but Flame is my choice! We need some more units in there, especially dual ones.

Next up is the Apartment Trio, for which I elect Leila and Seika as the main pair with Mito backing them up! Hear me out, See You Tomorrow had a lot of focus on their relationship and the conflict it contained with Mito being on the outside and seeing it all unraveling, so it feels more fitting that it’s the two of them with Mito watching their backs, just like their group dynamic.

They would probably be more of a Support unit, and their type could honestly be…anything? Nothing really comes to mind aside from Dark because CoLoRs. Their disks are up in the air as well (like the Azaleas ended up with triple Accele disks when they individually had AABB + BBCC + CCC) but I lean towards them having Magia potential because of whats in their grouped kit (buffs, heals, etc)

Actually you know what? I’m gonna do more 2.5 characters in a unit brainstorming!

So for the 13 years old squad: Ayame is a must, she already stayed out of the Azaleas one, so can’t have her do the same here.

So it’s down to either:

Felicia . Ayame (with support Kako)

Ayame . Kako (with support Felicia)

Now my pick has to be Felicia and Ayame, just because I want to see an ABBCC Attack unit that’s just them trying to one up each other with Kako freaking out in the background. Kako and Ayame could work, but the former fits their group dynamic more.

As for their element, I‘m going with Dark? red and purple DO make magenta, either that or Flame also works. But in the case of Kako and Ayame: I might go with Light just because of red and green lights making yellow.
