Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1/4 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips. 1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the applesauce, vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips, vegan white chocolate chips, and vegan dark chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, you can drizzle melted vegan chocolate on top for extra decadence if desired. Enjoy your homemade triple chocolate donuts!
