Because of the nature of Noah’s hiding spots, he didn’t usually interact with the foxes when they were outside of the court. His avoidance was generally intentional- along the lines of a very simple thought process: The foxes like to party. Parties are loud. I don’t like loud. I don’t like the fox’s parties.
It surprised even him, then, when he didn’t immediately sprint away from the flashing lights and loud music in the basement of Fox Tower. Instead, Noah found himself peering curiously around the open door, watching the dancing crowd with a strange, silent fascination. How they weren’t bothered by so much happening at once, he had no idea, and he decided shortly after beginning to lurk that it wasn’t worth staying close any longer. He’d just have to hide somewhere else tonight. Noah was just turning his back on the festivities, however, when he caught Trish’s eyes in the crowd, and froze in recognition
